This could be an issue with a thermistor or a control board failure. With a thermometer placed in a liquid that has been in the refrigerator (like a jar of pickle juice) and the fresh food doors closed, the power cord can be unplugged and the main control accessed. The wire connections CN30 and CN76 would be used for testing with a multimeter. With the wires at connection CN30 disconnected from the main control, test the fresh food thermistor for resistance using the gray wire at pin 1 of connection CN76, and the white wire at pin 6 from the wires that connect to CN30. The resistance found testing these wires can be compared to the attached chart to see if the thermistor is measuring the temperature that the thermometer measures. If it is, the most likely issue would be with the main control not sensing temperature properly and not communicating the information properly to the user interface.
