Main Symptom: Puddle of water coming down at the top (fridge)
What happens & when: everytime the fridge went on condensation it releases some water then froze.

The drain pan in the freezer section is iced up and the defrost water is what you are seeing in the refrigerator section. You will need to remove the evaporator cover and defrost the drain pan and clear out the drain hole.
May I know where the evaporator cover is located?
Open the freezer, the panel in the back of the freezer is the evaporator cover, it covers the evaporator coils. At the bottom of the coils will be a silver colored drain pan that probably is full of ice. The ice will need to be cleared out and the drain hole will need to be cleared out using hot water.
