How to remove water "tower" from lower dish rack

I purchased a replacement lower dish rack for our Maytag dishwasher. I can’t seem to figure out how to remove the water tower/sprayer that sits in the middle of the lower rack. There are no screws or bolts that hold it in place. It must snap into the frame of the rack somehow. Can someone send me directions? Thanks! George Billinger
