Unfortunately, the cube size can’t be adjusted on this design — the ice maker produces only one size based on how it’s built.
When you press the ice dispenser, do you hear any noises at all, like the auger motor turning or a solenoid clicking, as if it’s trying to dispense ice?
The auger turns in the ice bucket, but the cubes seem to get stuck in the plastic auger.
Are the ice cubes freezing together into a larger cluster that will not dispense or are they getting stuck in the front with the crusher blades?
They are getting stuck in the plastic wheel before going to the crusher.
Does the dispenser door where the ice comes out have any gaps that might allow for an air leak? This can cause ice cubes to bridge together and get stuck near the front like this.
