The whirlpool dishwasher has an adjustable upper rack, and one of the components broke. The new pieces arrived today, but I can’t get one of the pieces off the rack. I don’t want to break it and have to purchase a whole new rack. How do I get this thing off? Its the housing where the adjuster knob fits into. I’m replacing 3 pieces, the adjuster arm, the larger piece which helps the rack adjust from high to low and the flat plastic piece which keeps it all together.
