How do i know if the transmission is bad or good?

Main Symptom: The machine will wash all the way up till rinse and spin cycle, then it has got to where it doesn’t spin at all I changed motor couplin kinda got better but still not spinning or really weak like or staled
What happens & when: it just start kinda hanging up in the spin cycle then as I was more I the problem got worse till it was pushed back to rinse cycle not spinning as well.

This is more likely to be the clutch or the motor. When it stops or stalls, does it seem like the motor quits running or can you hear it continuing to hum?
