How do I access the valve monifold to replace? It not in the back of the fridge

Main Symptom: water leaking from water dispenser
What happens & when: after using water dispenser it keeps on dripping

Error Code (if any): no errors
Parts or tests already tried: have already replaced the Frigidaire 5304536607 Water Inlet Valve (Single) OEM Part. I have the Frigidaire 5304523052 Inlet Water Valve (Refrigerator Water Dispenser & Ice Maker) OEM Part, but not sure how to access it to replace.

This looks to be under or behind the shelves, where the filter is located. See attached diagram:

The filter is on the top right of the fridge and the shelves are lower.
