I am trying to wedge it back in but no go, I was trying to find info on how to take the assembly apart so I can slide it in from the bottom

Is this the part you’re working on ?
If so, you unscrew the bottom portion from the spray arm assembly and go from there.
Are you sure there’s nothing broken ?
Good Luck,

It does not look like that at the base
looks like a flush fit, does have a angled plate that has a bolt holding it on to the bottom portion of the tube, also appears that there is a water feed for the bottom portion as well
wish I had a picture

Does your spray arm look like part no. 501 in this parts diagram ?
If so, its not repairable, it’s a one piece assembly, and you’ll have to order and replace the complete assembly.
That part 501 is the part I need. Is it easy to replace? What is the exact code for it to find the cost?? Thanks
Imhc,
Here’s the information you need,
(click on part number for additional information)
AP4297555
Basic instructions
"The lower spray wash arm can be removed by gently lifting and rotating it counter clockwise."
This should get you going.
Good Luck,
