Are you talking about the ones on the board, the wiring or something else?

That’s just heat damage from the the oven cycling. You can replace the spade connectors with new spade connectors that are rated for high temp, sadly there is no replacement wiring harness available for your model

I would really recommend against bare exposed connections, just for safety reasons. Something along the lines of this (10 X 6mm 6.3MM HEAT RESISTANT ELECTRICAL PUSH ON SPADE TERMINAL FASTRON BLACK COVER - CaterSparesUK)
