Help with KitchenAid Oven F1-E3 Error

I have a big problem, my oven, does not turn and I get the error F1: E3. They came and they found some technical problem. I am very important to repair my oven as it is thanks given and can not do anything.
I searched and I get information that may be this:
Kitchen Aid / Whirlpool Wall Oven F1: E3 wiring harness cavity size does not match previously stored value. / / / The cavity Size Select jumpers in the wiring harness to indicate various American cavity size from That Which previoiusly the control was configured for. Check the jumpers in the harness to make sure they agree with the actual oven size.

I tried it and nothing. It does not work, well that all is well. On another forum I get the control board problem, q is not configured, and I get a few steps, which does not understand much. Please is very important for me your help ..
