Brand: BOSCH
Model Number: SHC8PT55UC2
Main Symptom: Interior (not floor) LED Light not coming on
What happens & when: Won’t run a cycle- Rapid flashes RINSE and SANITIZE at same time- I think this means there is a FAULT. NO NOISE. Nothing. The Rinse aid compartment is clean and full.
I am following up from previous posts. I could really need some help please. Specifically WHERE do the two (2) red LED (not the red floor light), lights plug in?
I have attached three (3) pics of my control modules. (1) The Bosch tech just left me a new one, when doing the cord recall. *(2) One that I bought one previously on EBay. And my (3), my original module. Ironically, it was probably fine all along. They are ALL doing the same thing. Flashing 2 red lights. When the tech was here it was just running, then beeping. He thought it pointed to the Circ. Heat pump. After I put in the new pump, I got the new issue- flashing lights.
The LED plug pulled out but I did not see where it goes. It fits on top of the module, but I don’t think that is it. Less than 1 VDC (0,24v) and the contacts don’t line up.
I did test the pins, on the Power Supply exactly as directed. I believe you said at X2, pins 1 and 3 and I DID get ~16 VDC. Seems like a good thing~!
ANY help on why it won’t turn on- and where to plug in the led strip (labels on them states: Emotional Lights, EL II) They are on top, and a flat 1" paper like cable wraps around the side and down- to near the module area.
Error Code (if any): NONE
Parts or tests already tried: Water Pump; Circ.Heater Pump. Inlet Solenoid. Diverter Pump and 3 main control boards.
I REALLY need to get this fixed so if ANYONE has any insights, even random ideas, please share. I feel I have tried nearly everything. Could it be the Power Supply or the Touch Screen? They seemed to work before I reinstalled, what everyone says is the CORRECT, and pricey Cir./Heat Pump, from Bosch.
