Help me find the parts - Evaporator Fan Control Board, FreshFood display is off, do I need a display or its control board?

Main Symptom: Evaporator Fan Not running, FreshFood display is off
What happens & when:Couple Months - the Closed FreshFood shelve iced not sure why then google told me that was evaporator Fan issue and Found it is true. then just 10 days ago the FreshFood select panel (Bottom closed storage) off (LED light is still on). Parts or tests already tried: Evaporator Fan Tested, not the display panel.

I was going to change the main control board but when I called I got the information that there are multiple control boards. So I am not sure witch control board to buy. I had changed the evaporator fan but it was still not running. I tested the fan that is a good one. I used the multimeter checked the voltage of the pins that there was only 5V DC and the fan needs at least 7VDC. so I need help on choose the control board of the evaporator fan. The freshfood select panel, I don’t know how to test if the issue is the display or its control board,please give me help also.
