Heating stops after 30 seconds

My Neptune dryer starts to heat then shuts off after 15 to 30 seconds. same results with exhaust duct disconnected. Cleaned internal blower and associated ducts. Then, I inserted a thin sheet of metal between the hi limit thermostat and the flame to trick the sensor but same results. I am thinking about buying the coil kit gas valves Part Number: AP3094251. Is this the right part number and part to change out as a first test.

Is the air flow supposed to be steady or periodicaly pulsing like a quick loss of flow (surge). Mine has a tendency to do that with and without the duct. I cleaned the blower and all the ducts inside the dryer.

Thanks in advance.

The above is what i had going on and what worked.

Look thru the peep hole for the flame to come back on.
