With the main control access, is there a DC voltage when testing at the connection J602 between the red wire, yellow wire, and the violet wire with a multimeter?
This could be a wire failure. If there is a full 120 Volts AC at connection J101, there should be no reason the main control and user interface would not work unless there was a wire failure, a DC short, or a faulty control. Since the user interface and the main control have been replaced and the issue is the same, it is unlikely that the controls are the cause. Testing the wires between the two would be the next step.
If this was tested at the main control, the next step would be testing at the user interface control. If the voltage does not reach the user interface, the wire harness would be the cause of failure. If the voltage is reaching the user interface, does the system allow for the controls to be placed into a diagnostic service mode (see attached image) and if it does, what personality ID is found in the Personality ID mode and is there a fault code in the Fault Codes mode?
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not identify the DC voltage that should be provided from the main control to the user interface control. Was the voltage testing done on the user interface side of the harness, or the main control side of the harness? If it was done on the user interface side of the harness, a voltage reading coming up when testing from the violet wire to the other wires would suggest the harness is good, likely meaning the main control is faulty. However, if the voltage testing was done on the main control side of the harness, turn the power supply off and test the wires directly for continuity after disconnecting one end. If the wires all have continuity, it is likely that the main control is faulty. If a wire does not have continuity, the wire harness would need to be replaced.
