Getting all buttons lit up on frigidaire washer FGID2466QF9A. Will not start

What happens & when:

All buttons light up. Can get just power plus button to light by itself eventually. Will not start. Will eventually flash ER code and yhen turn off. Have tried shutting off power to reset.
