Parts or tests already tried: Replaced main control board, power confirmed to board but no LED activity lights blink on the new board and no change to main symptom.

Yes that is the part I replaced. There are no activity leds flashing on the control board itself, nothing lights up when I press the power button on the user interface display, attempts at entering service mode don’t yield any lights on the user interface display either. I do get 118v when I check the power green/white wires at the connector to the main control board.
I was not able to check the DC power to the user interface board because I don’t have the ultra thin leads on my multimeter.
I replaced the user interface board, cleared the fault codes using the field service mode, and success! Washer is working again!
