Are there any LEDs that are illuminated on the touchpad? Also, if you press and hold the heated dry button for 3 or 4 seconds, will it allow the touchpad to accept any input at all?

Yes, all other buttons and navigation works and also I tried by pressing 5sec to lock and unlock. That also works. But start button or light not responding

With the power supply turned off, the outer door panel would need to be removed. The door latch switch would need to be tested for continuity when a wire is disconnected from it. Does the switch have continuity when the door is closed? If it does have continuity, does the keypad ribbon have any indications of corrosion or damage?
