GE dishwasher will not let water fill.if you put water in yourself it will spray. and wash but as soon as the water has pumped out it will not rinse.
Check the water valve (#744 on this diagram). The solenoid might be bad, in which case replace the valve. Or the screen inside the valve may be clogged, clean it.
