GE Triton Profile III wont drain

Ok here we go.
Been working on this for 6 months.
The dishwasher won"t drain.Through searching the internet 4 two days this what we have done so far.

What we have replaced:

 1. Replaced Valve flapper AP2038445
 2. Replaced Pump dual AP2039447
 3. Replace Drain check valve located inside the washer

What we have done:

 1. Ran the F1 test cycle, all cycles completed and lots of water left
 2. Disconnected the electrical connector on the water valve and ran "rinse only cycle" twice, most water gone!

I read somewhere that there are 2 pumps. The main pump should do most of the draining. I think this is an issue because it doesn’t seem to drain in the F1 test cycle when it is suppose to.
There are few other valves I could replace, I think.
Like the backflow flappers in the back. Can’t find that!

Now here is my question: Can anyone tell me what it mean if it will drain after the rinse only cycle and could it be another valve gone bad somewhere?

Please help! Tried to give as much info as possible. If need more let me know.

If you haven’t already done it, you need to look at the piston and nut assembly under the fine mesh filter in the back. The part number is AP2617344. You should have 4 screws holding the filter in place. Remove the whole plastic filter assembly and find the round hole in the middle. Unscrew it and take a look at the rubber washer in the middle. If it doesn’t completely plug the hole when compressed, water will return to the tub during draining. I have the exact same problem with mine. I can see the water draining into the garbage disposal, but the tub always has a couple of inches of dirty water in it. I pulled the piston and nut asembly and the rubber stopper is completely shot. The nice thing is that the replacement part is relatively cheap.

Yes. That was #3.
************************.com called it a drain check valve and has the same picture as the one you directed me to. Still trying to find the location of part number AP3417982 on in the diswasher. Thanks for you help. This could be my problem.

Take a look at Item 328 in the “Motor-pump mechanism” listed as Valve flapper.

That part is found on this drawing, though I don’t see part number AP3417982 anywhere:

I am amazed at how many people have problems with these units.
I have found 2 flapper values in this unit. One from the drain holes, one from the axillary pump. I have replaced them both. Same part number. Is there another flapper on this unit? If so where is it?

I have attached pictures I found and entered what’s we have done so far.
To repeat previous we have:
replaced selonoid on back
replaced aux pump on back
replaced plunger from inside washer
cleaner all debris from the sump entrance
replaced the 2 valves u c on pictures.

The machine continuous to runs through all the cycles completely with the normal/pots & pans test.
still having water left in the unit. Any more suggestions? What else could it be?
