With the display not responding and it says turn dial on the display, try to turn the dial to see if it will work. If it does not then this will likely be an issue with the control board.

Thank you. Just to be sure. Few years back we changed the control board and now failed. Do you think something wrong with the transformer?

The transformer would cause the display not to light but would not cause a response issue.
