Main Symptom: Both the Microwave and Convection Oven are not working
What happens & when: no lights, displays, or power comes on. The microwave was being used and it shut down during use.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: the fuse box breakers did not trip; I located the 20amp fuse in the microwave - it measures low resistance (2.1 ohms) that indicates that the fuse is OK.

If you access the terminal block where the voltage supply comes in, what voltage reading do you get when testing form the red wire to the black wire, then from the red wire to the white wire and the black wire to the white wire?
