What part numbers were used for the switches and how were they wired? This can help identify there is a short occurring through the switch interlock system.
Hello, and thanks for the quick reply. This is what I ordered in terms of the switches.
【Normally Open Switch】Model: KW3AT-16; Specifications: 16(4)A 125/250VAC u, 10A 30VDC, 40T125, 5E4; Outline Characteristic: Flat Terminal, Character: Normally Open (Normal time Terminal COM connect to Terminal NC, the Circuit is Open; When pressed the button, Terminal COM connect to Terminal NO, the Circuit is Closed). The old ones came apart in my hand so I did not get a good chance to examine them.
The top switch would be the primary switch, which is a normally open switch. However, the switch just under it is the monitor switch, which is a normally closed switch (see image for example). With the monitor switch position being filled with a switch that closes when the door closes, this creates a short and burns the fuse. Unfortunately, it looks like the original switch WB24X824 has been discontinued. However, it may be possible that a monitor switch like the one in the following link could work as a replacement.
