GE lower wash arm

I have a 3 year old dishwasher. the dishes weren’t getting clean in it. When i inspected it I found the lower arm was not attached. It was floating ande not spraying. How do Iget this atached? Is there an assembly picture you may have?

This should be your lower wash arm,

It is a somewhat twist/lock fit.

and other foreign matter. Also check the spray wash
arms for rotation. If soil is present, clean fine filter
screen.

The lower spray wash arm can be removed by
gently lifting and rotating it counter clock wise.
The nut hub can be removed by rotating it
counterclockwise.
