Main Symptom: START/PAUSE and STOP/CLEAR buttons not working
What happens & when: If the door is opened mid operation, the microwave stops, but the START/PAUSE, and the STOP/CLEAR buttons don’t do anything.
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Tried unplugging for a few minutes and plugging it back in. Clock can be re-set and express cook numbers seem to work (1-6) and the ADD 30 Seconds works. Also, when I try to use TIME COOK, I can enter a time, but it won’t let me select a POWER LEVEL.
