What happens & when: the solenoid engages, the motor runs, but it doesn’t drain. When rinse is active, you can hear the water moving about inside, so the pump is working.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Drain hose is clear. Pump has been removed, nothing is clogging the drain hose.

Start at the point where the drain hose ends, (the sink) and work your way back to the pump, there is probable a restriction.
