Look to see if you’ve got a good frost pattern from top to bottom when the compressor is running. If not, you’ve probably got a sealed system issue.
Rory, I apologize . . .top to bottom inside the unit or on the evaporator ?? Can you send a pic of the evaporator ??

Follow-up . . . . evaporator fan not running. Freezor this AM at -0-, fridge at 55. The coils are NOT evenly frozen top to bottom. Issue the fan motor or larger issue at hand ??
If the freezer is getting down to 0 then it is probably just a bad fan not allowing the fridge section to get cold air.

Yesterday when we spoke, the freezor temp increased to 11-12, then we unloaded the freezor and the temp last evening decreased to -8. Is this also an indication that the issue is the fan motor ??

That increase may have been a defrost cycle, the drop to -8 was probably because the unit was trying to cool the fridge and ended up overcooling the freezer because it couldn’t move that cold air to the other section. So still likely to be fan related.
