Main Symptom: Evaporator harness mating connector pins are damaged and broken, causes fan not to run, and the condenser freezes with ice
What happens & when: I am unable to take out or pull out the mating harness that is connected to the evaporator fan connector, the mating connector needing replacement has a pin broken, and I need to replace it. This is located on the base and seems sealed. Any expertise, thoughts, or ideas on removing it would be appreciated.

How do I take this out?

That is non-serviceable, the manufacturer doesn’t offer that connector and the harness cannot be replaced. You might see what a repair company says, but in my experience that is gonna be a non-repairable issue.
