Main Symptom: Fridge area is not cooling and freezer area is not properly cooling freeze food items.
What happens & when: Freezer section wall Iced up and when opened the back wall I see ice frozen. When I unplugged the fan connector I saw one pin got stuck inside the connector and seemed corroded and broke inside the mating female connector of the fan.
I see that on your website that Part#981 and #227 seemed to be the I checked. Can you support me to see if both fan connector from #981 and connector from #227 will/do mate and are the parts I need to replace? Would you let me know. Thanks.
