Hi Equinox,

Have you checked for power at the terminal block underneath the dishwasher using a multimeter? Also, have you checked the thermal fuse to make sure it has continuity and hasn’t failed?

Thanks for the reply! I have checked power at the terminal block (I think), and it’s good. I don’t know where the thermal fuse is.

If you look underneath your dishwasher, you should see something like this in the picture I provided.
