After several flopped cookies, I got a good thermometer. If I preheat oven to 350, the temp on stove panel will show 350 and the oven will beep, but the real temp from the inside probe will say 150. It will eventually heat up to 350 after about 30 mins more. Does the unit need to be recalibrated?
If a picture of the model and serial tag could be provided, it will help identify what would be used with this appliance. Usually, the model/serial tag can be found behind the door on the oven cavity frame, on the warmer drawer or on the frame just behind it, or even on the back of the range itself. Does the flame ignite within 60 seconds of a cycle being started and if possible, how large are the flames?
