Ge gas dryer doesn’t operate after replacement motor installed

Brand:GE
Model Number:DBXR453GT5WW
Main Symptom:stars without using start button and no heat
What happens & when: just replaced old motor with WE17X10010

The motor was replaced due to a worn drive shaft and the blower wheel would slide to the end of the shaft rubbing the housing. I replaced the motor and after putting the dryer back together the dryer starts as soon as you select a drying cycle without using the start switch and then there is no heat. I took the new motor out and put the old motor back in and dryer works as normal using the start button and heat comes on drying the clothes and cycle stops when dry. Does the replacement motor have different wiring compared to the old motor. I’m perplexed.

thanks for the color wiring instructions.
With my old motor in the same orientation from left to right I have the ground not green, power from the switch, then double brown yellow, then the pink from the idler switch, then the other brown yellow and finally the black to the heat cycle switch. I have also included a photo of the new motor and it’s a different model number. If that matters.

So I wired up the new motor as show in the photo you sent me which is a little different orientation than the old
Motor.

Just wanted to say thanks the dryer is quiet and drying cloths again.
