GE front loaded washer is filling with water when not in use. Is the problem a faulty value?

Main Symptom: GE front loaded washer is filling with water when not in use. It is a constant drip which drips every second. Is the problem a faulty value?
What happens & when: When the washer is not running it is a constant drip. See the picture below.

Yes you have one of the valves on the Valve “log” leaking by. Since they are all built into one unit the whole Valve set ( GE WH23X29553 Washer Water Inlet Valve | Genuine OEM Part ) will need to be changed. Let me know if you need assisstance with how to change it.

It is a similar valve to yours but there are other attachments to the dispenser on yours so be prepared. If you are moderately handy and good with tools you should be able to complete the job in about an hour. Just take your time and avoid any mistakes
