Our fridge is making a constant clicking noise and definitely seems to be coming from one of the relays on the control board, most likely the 832A-1C-S relay. Besides the clicking, the temperature display inside the fridge does not come on unless I press one of the buttons and then it displays -47 for the freezer and -43 for fridge and constantly blinks. The link I provided is to a video showing what is going on. From what I’ve read and watched in other videos I should be able to fix it by replacing the control board, but just want to make sure that seems like the proper thing to do before ordering the part.

So my ultimate question is does replacing the control board with the GE WR55X10942C Board seem like the proper fix?

Any thoughts as to if replacing the control board is the correct solution?

Older refrigerator for sure.Sounds like the board to me. is this thing even cooling?

I’m not exactly sure when the clicking started, but it was sometime in the middle of the night and we woke up to hearing it. It still seemed cool inside the fridge and freezer (nothing melted), but out of caution we removed everything and unplugged it.
