Main Symptom:no power
What happens & when:no lights, or any indication it is getting power. There is power to the outlet and power to the control board.

Error Code (if any):none
Parts or tests already tried:replaced the outlet control thermistor. I did not ohm check it, but it fails continuity. You guys (AppPartsPros) told me initially in the help chat it should have continuity. Your response email header says check continuity, but the body of the email says check resistance. I will check resistance. The question is-should it have continuity or not?

If checking a thermal fuse or a thermostat you should check for continuity, for a thermistor you would check it for resistance and if it is out of range or no resistance it is bad.
