Main Symptom: dryer does not spin. No motor noise heard. No error codes.
What happens & when: dryer seems normal and when you select any drying mode and press start it beeps like normal and says drying on the display along with the time. The drum does not turn and there is no motor noise. I tried two different diagnostic methods (turning knob while pressing start as well as sensor and temp buttons with power) and could not get into the diag menu.
Error Code (if any): none showing and could not get into diag.
Parts or tests already tried: none yet.

Hello,
I took the machine apart and did find that the belt broke. What is odd though is that even without the belt the motor is not coming on. The machine acts normal and I know the door sensor is working as it gives the error beep when the door is open. When the door is closed and your press start it shows drying but the machine is silent.
Any advice? Thanks in advance.
There is a belt switch that’s in series with the motor that prevents the motor from coming on.Thats way I said look for a broken belt. On this tech sheet in RED!
