The auto soap dispenser is not working, I have purged the DW 3 times with no change. It seems this DW has a known problem with changing the soap, I’ve been using the same brand however they(GE) claim the formula of the soap was changed. I have also downloaded the break down diagrams and parts list.
I’ve never opened up this DW so I’m looking for some assistance I’d like to know if I can just open the DW door and clean the soap dispenser or will I need to order some part like belts or seals that have to be replaced after opening the door
