Ge dishwasher not working

washer seems to start to run as soon as you lock the door, the normal cycle light is now on and stays on and you cannot select any other cycle. (seems to be locked up?) motor is running but no water flows at all. it does this continuously until i open the door or turn off power. any suggestions, please!!

Sounds like the problem is a bad sequence switch (#904 on the diagram), but there is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well.

Is there any way to troubleshoot the bad sequence switch (#904 on the diagram) or the control board to rule either one of them in/out? Thanks for taking the time to help me.

Remove the toe panel and look for the envelope with the tech sheet under the dishwasher tub on the right side.
