Will need more info, is there voltage at the control? Will the console light up? The more information we can get the better.

Thank you so much.There is voltage that goes to the control board and connection was not loose (see the picture). Console does not light up at all. Thought was loose connection, so it did not get power, but that was not the case. It happened a few times before but were able to turn it on after turn the switch on and off a few times, and/or open and close the door a few times. Once on, worked fine. Let me know if you need more information. It is in our second home that was built about 6 years ago. We do not use it much, like once per month. Thanks again.

if the console does not light up, it is either not getting voltage or the interface board is bad. Check the voltage and wiring going through the door section, sometimes the wiring get pinched inside the door.

I don’t have any step-by-step directions. Take the outer door panel off and look at the wiring that is inside the door panel. The interface/console board is at the top of the door. If you take your model number and put it into YouTube, there are multiple videos showing how to check this very condition.
