Thanks for the info. You are right. I observed the machine through the cycles and what I noticed is that the solenoid opens for the drain but then closes either 1/2 way or all the way after about 15 seconds. It doesn’t allow enough time for the sump to drain. I’m going to replace the solenoid, even though I believe it is fairly new. If that’s not the problem, the only thing left is the timer control.
