If the unit will enter consumer error mode then it is detecting a trip on the main control board, you can use the service mode to check what may have caused the trip. I’m attaching the service manual, it goes over the service mode starting on page 48.

If the unit will not enter consumer error mode you either don’t have voltage into the main control, the main control is the issue, the harness between the control and the user interface is messed up, or the user interface itself is the issue:

The above is also from the service manual, page 40.

Thank you for your reply.

Consumer Error Mode is not possible as there is no response from any buttons, the UI panel is completely dead.

I did verify there is power to the main control board. I was unable to measure any DC power out to the harness going up the door, I assume this is to the UI board.

On the main control board, there is an LED that goes through a pattern of two flashes followed by a pause. Each time the LED flashes there is a faint noise that can be heard as well.

Any thoughts on what may be the issue (main control board?) or other troubleshooting steps to try?

Thank you.

That should be a control board failure code from what I’ve found. I’d replace the main control board.

Thank you. Can you confirm this is the correct part number for the control board?

That’s the one.
