Main Symptom: No water dispensing from door

As described above, this unit just suddenly stopped. From your diagnostic charts and comments, I’m thinking this unit might have a combined ice/water solenoid, which it sounds like one side or the other might clog.
I’ll try to ascertain if the water line to the door is frozen in the meantime.
If the ice is working, but the water is in the door, this may be a clogged water valve. Disconnect the water line at the bottom of the door and then press the dispenser lever to see if water comes out from the tube coming from under the refrigerator. If there is then the water line in the door is frozen and the only way to correct this would be to get a new freezer door.
- I opened the quick-connect under the fridge, and I can get water from the line…
- My freezer was set for -3 Fahrenheit, so freezing in the line is possible. Someone suggested waiting a day or so once the temp is lowered to see if it’ll unclog.
