tony it sounds like the refrigerator damper control is not functioning properly. it is up in the top shelf of the refrigerator, on the left hand side. it is where the air comes into the refrigerator from the freezer. there is a sensor there that could be the problem. it is right there to. it a white thin small part. part # wr55x10025. also, it could be the damper & thermister assembly, which is basically the air damper. part # wr09x10050. it has to be one of the two. if you take the cover off, and jam a pencil or a pen, or something, in the air control, which is the air louvers, and give it about 3 to 5 hours, and the temp comes down in the refrigerator, we know it is one of the 2. the temp sensor is the cheapest of the 2. i has to be one of those 2. don’t give up now tony. tom ![]()
