Have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher mode kUDR01TJWHO serial # FM07300754. Recently my dishwasher was started and was going through its cycles and when I checked on it next the dishwasher was off and full of water. It looks like it was clean water (rinse cycle?) but there the front panel does not light up at all. There is power to the dishwasher but no lights on panel. I am assuming it may be a fuse and after talking to Kitchen Aid they informed me that there is only one fuse (thermal fuse) but she did not tell where it was located or how to access the fuse.
Does anybody have suggestions on what might be wrong and how big a job it is to replace this thermal fuse? (part no 8193762)
