Frigidaire Refrigerator not cooling after replacing parts Model FFHT1425VV

Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FFHT1425VV
Main Symptom: Not cooling after replacing a few parts
What happens & when:

Failed cooling a couple weeks ago. I have replaced 2 parts already and wonder if i should try to replace one more part - the Refrigerator Temperature Sensor.

I have already replaced these two parts in this order.

  • refrigerator compressor relay part number 5304520509 and
  • Refrigerator Compressor Run Capacitor (part 5304527825)

Did not solve the issue.

My last thought is to replace the Refrigerator Temperature Sensor. - 5304520944 Refrigerator Temperature Sensor | Genuine Frigidaire OEM In Stock

How likely is the problem with the Frigidaire Refrigerator Temperature Sensor OEM Part? (Seems to be the best seller so wonder if this part often fails or should have been the first part looked at?)

Lights come on and circulation fan runs.

Looking for recommended next steps.

Thank you.
Doug

Since the circulation fan is operating, the temperature sensor would not be a cause of failure. Does the compressor sound like it is operating or is it completely quiet? If it is quiet, is there 120 Volts AC when testing from the black wire at the overload to the light blue wire on the starting relay? If it is not quiet, what does the evaporator frost pattern look like in the back of the freezer section?

Compressor sounds quiet. Was hoping to not have to do live hot checks so may find a repairman to check that for me. Thank you.
