Brand: Frigidaire Model Number: GRSS2352AF8 Main Symptom: No ice What happens & when: Ice maker does not make ice sometimes. If I leave the fridge and freezer doors open for about 10 minutes it seems to start working again after about an hour. Guessing the water line freezes and if the compressor runs for a long time (after leaving the doors open for 10 minutes) it thaws out the frozen line and it starts working again. Freezer is set to highest setting of 4F. Thermocouple at ice maker water opening in top of freezer is reading a minimum of 7.5F
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Repair man found a documented fix from Frigidaire to tape around the water dispensing hole. Repair man also said water pressure was not enough so I added a delivery pump and now it dispenses within spec (1oz per second)

One possible thing that could be causing the fill line to freeze is if the water valve is leaking by allowing a small amount of water to seep into the line and freeze. You can check this by removing the ice make fill line at the valve and observing the valve for leakage
