I think that may have been happening when I first started and the drain hole was clogged, I saw the Styrofoam holes when I had opened the back panel. But since the drain hole seems to be draining fine now, I don’t think there should be any frozen water drops in the styrofoam part.
Could be water that froze inside the lining and as it runs a defrost cycle it’s mrlting a little of that ice causing the drips

Bad news, just got home and have water in the fridge again. I looked in the back and the pan is half-full, so water is draining, but blocking somewhere. I will try to see where it comes from. I think my only other solution iss to remove the drain spout (pic 2), and see if it is somewhat clogged, however hard to understand as the pan is half full.
Hi Jeffrey. As you asked, I opened up the freezer panel and took a pic, no ice, drain hole is clear. I also removed the spout and confirmed it is not blocked, the drain hole where the spout connects is also clear and draining fine. Any other possibilities that you see that I can try?
I don’t see anything else that I can do at my end but will wait for your answer before reassembling.

Only other thing I can think of is a condensation issue due to bad door gaskets/seals
Gasket/seals are ok. I am wondering if it may be also from the junction on the fridge roof to freezer, but I have not seen water there. If it was there, regardless, I don’t think anyhting could be done?
Yeah it’s hard to say what path the warm air is taking before it condenses on the Ice Maker. I’ve talked to a couple more techs with 20 -30 years experience and the say the same thing 99,9% sure it’s some kind of air leak. You may need to get s tech out there to physically inspect the unit

Yes, it is in the picture above. I made sure the hole was clean and draining, then inserted it back in, and then I noticed a little bit of water immediately forming on the blue zone circle.
take it back out and put some RTV silicone or caulking where it mates to the fridge and reinstall. That should seal it and prevent leaks
Something like this? To put in the spout end or around the blue circle? Don’t see how to put caulking there, or what kind of caulking?
yes just however you can get the spout to seal to the fridge wall and stop the leak
Thank you for the suggestion, that may work. But winter is coming so I rather just buy a new one if this one continues to drip water inside, I’ve had it for at least 20 years or so.
I am looking at Frigidaire FRTE1835AW, are you familiar with this model? Discontinued in the USA but available in Canada. It seems to have good reviews.

Ok thank you again. I assemble everything back today, so will see how it goes, but I have a feeling it will leak again below the spout, as per blue circle in my pic, will see.
Do you think it is possible that the water is dripping down from the freezer backwall to the styrofoam backwall, between the styrofoam and aluminum backwall (where my arrow is pointing), as it seems wet, or that is it coming out of the 2 holes (blue circles). I am not sure how those inner backwall parts are isolated back there?
