Rell, there is a voltage test that can be done to identify what may be going on. With the oven pulled out enough to access the relay control, the connection J2 would be tested for DC voltage. With the black meter probe set at the wire on pin 1, there should be a DC voltage reading when measuring to the other wires on the connection. Is there a voltage presence or is it missing?
