Main Symptom: won’t drain
What happens & when: I have some tenants that have a dishwasher that will not drain water and will leak out of the door. There is a i4 error code that pops up now. I shut the power down and turned it back on with the breaker in the apartment. I was able to hear a humming sound but the water wouldn’t drain . I checked the drain tube and the filter and everything seemed to be clear and not clogged. Do I need to buy a whole new pump to install or is there anything else to check?

Parts or tests already tried: cleared filter and drain tube connected to garbage disposal

That sounds like the drain pump 5304519271 needs to be replaced. You can check that the pump itself is clear and all the drain lines, but if that looks good then the pump has failed.
