What happens & when: the fan is running smooth for the airflow but I removed the “door” at the top of fridge for better air flow to test and it’s still showing high temp but if I remove the airflow duct the items on bottom will freeze solid

Do you ever notice any ice buildup on the back wall near the bottom of the freezer where the evaporator coils are located? Have you experienced any water leaking from the freezer down into the refrigerator section?
Also, check the drain pan underneath or behind the refrigerator. Is there any water in it, or is it completely dry? This information can help narrow down what’s causing the issue.
The freezer is on the bottom and I haven’t noticed any water coming out. I do not see any ice buildup currently but prior to switching fridges I do recall there being ice around the fan and down the middle of the freezer.
