Brand: Amana Model Number: ART318FFDW03 Main Symptom: Temp in refrigerator compartment too cold What happens & when: Consistently
I have already done all the tests recommended by Amana support videos. Vents are clean and clear, there’s not an excessive amount of food in the unit, settings for both compartments are on the lowest/warmest possible. When I unplug the unit and defrost the freezer, the unit runs correctly for a day or two and then the freezing begins again.

Id the freezer evaporator covered in thick frost or ice? If not Check the thermistors RC & FC. if they check good replace the Athema Control board. If thermistors check bad then replace the bad part.
Finally following up. Followed the diagnostic steps (thanks!). Evaporator was fine, RC and FC thermistors were fine, so we’re replacing the control box per your direction. That said, see attached image. Why would ice be collecting here? (And to confirm, the FC thermistor IS functional, at least in terms of moving in range w/heat and cold).
